Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order on the Kevionna website only before it has been packed at our warehouse. Please note that cancellations will not be accepted for the following:

  • Kevionna Luxe styles
  • Menswear styles
  • Jewelry
  • Customized items that have been altered according to body measurements

Refund Policy:

  • For prepaid orders: The refund will be reflected in the source account within 5-7 business days.
  • For wallet & store credits: The refund will reflect within 24 hours.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Since the payment has not been made yet, there is no amount to be refunded.
  • For payments made using a Kevionna Gift Card: The refund will be credited to your Kevionna Credits within 24 hours. Any amount paid above the gift card value will be refunded to the source account, as per the applicable timeline.

Return Policy:

  • Kevionna Jewelry, Kevionna Luxe styles, and any customized items altered according to body measurements are not eligible for returns.
  • All items being returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on Jewelry. Customized styles and Kevionna Luxe are eligible for size exchanges only (no returns).
